How do I choose the right wetsuit size?
Wetsuit sizing is primarily based on height and weight. We recommend consulting our specific brand size charts and ensuring a 'second skin' fit that allows for full shoulder rotation without being restrictive.
What is your return policy on endurance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and nutritional products must be unopened and have all tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping for bikes and trainers?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Larger items like triathlon bikes and indoor trainers are crated securely and shipped via specialized couriers to ensure they arrive in race-ready condition.
How can I track my order?
Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All technical equipment, including GPS watches, power meters, and framesets, come with a full manufacturer's warranty. We also provide a 1-year limited warranty on our house-brand apparel.
Do you offer assembly services for new bikes?
All bikes shipped directly to customers are 85% assembled. We recommend a final professional safety check at a local bike shop, or you can opt for our 'Pro-Build' delivery service in select regions.
