At The Triathlon Store, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and performs at the highest level. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact, including wetsuit bags and shoe boxes.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your gear to prevent damage during transit, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new triathlon gear within 5-7 business days.
